Eliahu Sigard (Sigad) was born in 1901in Lithuania and immigrated to Israel in 1925. He studied architecture and drawing in Riga; Colarossi Academy and Grande Chaumiere, Paris. He won the Dizengoff Prize 1945-46; Ramat Gan Prize. Participated in Sao Paulo Exhibition. He died in 1975
